From walking to running, climbing and everyday shoes there are some amazing new shoes coming. Plus we are excited to introduce some new additions to our Planet range – our eco friendly shoes made with recycled materials.
Walking
Mescalito TRK Planet
Designed for long hikes with a heavier backpack, this model combines the best technologies and sustainable materials with comfort, support and stability.
This boot is the new green benchmark in the trekking world thanks to the innovative Perspair® fabric which is high performance, lightweight and breathable. This fabric is made from a single-piece upper with 45% recycled yarns and combines functionally different zones with abrasion-resistant PUTEK inserts.
This boot features the new Gore-Tex Flux membrane, which contains 98% recycled fabrics, and a Vibram Ecostep Evo compound sole, with 30% recycled rubber.
Rush TRK LT GTX
The Rush TRK LT GTX is a lightweight ripstop fabric version of the popular Rush TRK, designed for daily mountain hikes.
It’s a comfortable shoe with technologies that help reduce foot fatigue during activity. The right mix of comfort, stability and lightness.
Rush 2 GTX
A new dynamic and comfortable shoe to explore the trails, characterised by a strong SCARPA identity and designed for those who approach the mountains at a faster pace and require support and greater protection.
Comfort and cushioning are ensured by the IKS technology, capable of progressively and specifically supporting the weight of the body during activity.
The new anti-torsion system improves stability and heel containment, while the Gore-Tex membrane guarantees waterproof protection.
Rush 2 Mid GTX
The Mid-cut version of the RUSH 2 GTX speed hiking shoe for the approaching the mountains at a faster pace, offering a fantastic balance of agility, comfort and support with an updated design.
Comfort and cushioning are provided by IKS technology, which progressively and specifically supports the weight of the body during activity. The new anti-torsion system improves stability, while the Gore-Tex membrane guarantees waterproof protection.
Trail Running
Spin Planet
The next step in our sustainability journey, the Spin Planet introduces a new concept into the Trail Running category with the upper fabric 100% made from recycled materials while the EVA midsole is 45% recycled and the rubber outsole is 30% recycled.
The ideal shoes for those who are pursuing long distances on the trail thanks to the midsole volume designed to absorb impact and provide protective cushioning.
Scarpa Planet Range
As part of our Green Manifesto we have pledged to reduce the environmental impact of producing our footwear. To do this we have produced some footwear with materials made from recycled content – The Planet Range.
The Planet range started with our Mojito Planet which we introduced last year and continues with three new planet models – The Mescalito Planet, Mescalito TRK Planet and Spin Planet – introducing the Planet philosophy to the approach, walk and trail running market.
Climbing
Veloce Lace
Veloce Lace is the vegan friendly shoe with exceptional grip designed specifically for indoor walls.
The shape is slightly arched and the extra space in the toe box reduces pressure in this area eliminating the need to take the shoes off. The lacing provides to customize fit and comfort.
Generator
Over two years of study and research have led to the creation of the Generator, the shoe that guarantees top performance for Trad Climbers combining excellent comfort and protection for prolonged use on big walls and cracks
Vapour S
Vapour S is the innovative Slipper of the popular Vapour Family. Powerful and flexible, it offers excellent sensitivity and precision on the smallest edges.
The innovative Nano Strap System closes around the ankle minimizing heel sleeping for a better hooking performance. An ultra-low angled toe profile makes it also a perfect choice for thin cracks.

Mescalito Planet
The Mescalito Planet is the new green benchmark in technical approach and via ferrata footwear. The innovative Perspair® fabric is high performance, lightweight and breathable: it’s made from a single-piece upper with recycled yarns and combines functionally different zones with abrasion-resistant PU TEK inserts.
The EVA midsole is 45% recycled, while the rubber in the toe rand has 20% recycled rubber from production waste.
Tegu
Tegu is the Planet friendly, comfortable and versatile flip-flop with details inspired by the climbing world. The sustainable elements that make up this flip flop are: the Presa® APR-05 sole (35% recycled rubber) that guarantees grip, the EVA midsole (30% bio based + 20% recycled) with inserts in comfortable non-slip microfiber.
The vegan friendly eco-leather upper with soft microfiber straps (55% recycled) is also ecological, while the webbing and laces are made of 54% recycled polyester.
