Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday via our chosen courier, DPD.

Price

Standard Delivery- £4.50

Available on all orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders will typically be delivered within 2-3 working days. (Orders won't be shipped on bankholidays)

Next Working Day Delivery- £6.95

Available on orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday.  Orders will be despatched same day via 24 hour courier *Exclusion apply (Orders won't be shipped on bank holidays)

Saturday Delivery- £9.95

Available on orders placed by 2pm Friday *Exclusions apply (Orders won't be shipped on bank holidays)

Channel Islands & Isle of Man- £9.95

All orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders will typically be delivered 3-5 Working Days (Orders won't be shipped on bank holidays)

*Next working day delivery and Saturday delivery serviced are excluded for the following areas- Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Isles of Scilly.  Please get in touch if you have any queries

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked.

To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.

We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

Lost or Damaged Goods

All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.

If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team (tel: 0191 296 0212) within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, our team are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – please ensure you provide your original purchase order number with your enquiry.
