If you decide your product isn't quite right for you we currently offer free returns on all orders made on within 28 days of receipt.

To return your items please complete the returns form which was included within your original delivery and attach the supplied postal label to your parcel. Please use suitable packaging for your return and not just the footwear box which your shoes / boots have arrived  in. Once your parcel is ready please leave this at your nearest DPD drop off point for collection. To find your nearest drop off point follow the steps on the label itself.

Please note that we can’t accept any returns where the footwear has been used outside.

We also reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are received outside of our 28 day returns window and also if the items aren't in a resalable condition.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on orders through in order to receive an alternative item please return your order for a refund and place a new order for a new item.

Not ordered from us?

If you purchased your product from one of our retailers please head back to them as your contract of sale is with them. Each retailer will have their own returns policy which may vary from ours so please check this directly with them.
