If you decide your product isn't quite right for you we currently offer free returns on all orders made on scarpa.co.uk within 60 days of receipt of your new boots.

We've tried to make it as easy as possible to return your SCARPA boots to us, just click on the button below and you'll be taken to our DPD returns portal where you'll be guided through this free service.  Please use suitable packaging for your return and not just the footwear box which your shoes / boots have arrived in.

If you find that the returns service isn't available in your area then please do get in touch and we'll be happy to help you out.

Please note that we can’t accept any returns where the footwear has been used outside.

We also reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are received outside of our 60 day returns window and also if the items aren't in a resalable condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on orders placed through scarpa.co.uk. In order to receive an alternative item please return your order for a refund using the link above and place a new order for the correct item.

Not ordered from us?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on orders that were not placed through scarpa.co.uk. 
Each retailer has their own returns policy which may vary from ours. If you have purchased your product from one of our retailers then please contact them directly.
