Focus

GAITER

6000 GAITER The upper side of the gaiter is realized in S-TECH Schoeller Ecorepel® Bio fabric, a highly performing material based on renewable primary products and PFC-free Bluesign certified. The lower part is composed by a more abrasion resistant material, that combines a PU TEK highly technical and breathable with an HDry membrane that gurantees waterproofness.

LACING

Outer closure: the YKK zipper that runs along the gaiter, is water-repellent and heat-sealed. The lace loop is specially made for a easy use with gloves on. The closure at the collar of the boot is adjustable thanks to an internal drawstring. Internal closure: Fast Lock System that allow to indipendent adjustment of the two tension areas and to customise the fit. Moreover, eyelets on floating flaps allow to regulate the volume/fit in a single movement. Fast Strap Velcro simplifies the closure and opening of the shell with the maximum adjustment and support.

SHELL

New Inner Shell 6000

The inner shell combines a multi-layer highly insulating and water-repellent liner with a similarly layered upper that ensures durability and resistance. Both are made using Wintherm® technology, an active thermal insulation system that reduces heat loss thanks to an aluminum layer. A PVC exoskeleton provides protection and support to the foot, while also securing the lacing system.
RECCO®: the right boot integrates a RECCO® reflector, a technology that enables professional rescuers to locate the boot in case of accident or avalanche.

SOLE

Precision Tech Roll AC/D decreases fatigue while walking, with a Vibram® Durastep rubber outsole. A reliable and durable material for an optimal grip on wet surfaces and high performing even with low temperature. Compatible with automatic crampons.

INSOLE

Carbon Tech 3 SL, made of three layers: the first is perforated EVA for maximum comfort, the second in Aerogel® for maximum insulation and the third layer is carbon fibre for maximum stability and lightness.

The innovative construction system that integrates upper and sole into a single structure, designed to provide an ergonomic fit and optimal synergy in performance. The use of different materials, selected for their lightness and innovation, improves overall performance, increases comfort, and ensures excellent anti-torsion efficiency.

SockFit XT

Scarpa reinterprets the concept of functionality, agility and comfort by creating innovative construction systems that wrap the foot like a sock, offering the feeling of being at one with their footwear. In the SockFit XT system, the tongue and Flex Point are made of a single piece of technical stretch fabric: durable, breathable and water- resistant.

IT CAN BE RESOLED

Technical Partners

HDRY

Thanks to the high quality standards of HDry®, the footwear made with this system provides excellent performance in terms of waterproofing, breathability and thermal insulation. The waterproof, breathable membrane is solidly bonded to the inner surface of the upper, sealing every seam and eliminating spaces between the lining and upper where water could infiltrate. This system prevents rain, snow, and cold from entering, keeping the inner surface dry and creating a stable microclimate by retaining air between the foot and the upper. The ultra-thin membrane and special lamination method ensure an ergonomic and lightweight fit, providing extended comfort throughout the day.

Lenzi Egisto

The new-generation yarn with very high abrasion resistance and directly woven into the fabric structure. The manufacturing process used enables the production of high-tenacity textiles designed to provide exceptional performance in terms of durability and rub resistance. An innovative technology from the Lenzi Egisto Group, conceived to increase product longevity, even under intense and prolonged use.

Ortholite

Advanced insole technology that significantly improves comfort, cushioning and breathability, creating a cooler, drier and more hygienic environment inside each shoe.

RECCO

The RECCO® reflector, integrated into equipment and clothing, enables professional rescuers equipped with RECCO® detectors to quickly locate a missing person, representing a global standard technology for avalanche rescue. Such a reflector requires no power, activation or maintenance and provides support to be searchable at all times. However, it does not replace personal self-rescue devices such as ARVAs. RECCO® SAR helicopter detectors allow large areas to be quickly scanned during searches for missing persons.

Durastep

Vibram's most durable compound designed for extreme mountaineering activities, optimizing performance even at low temperatures. It provides high reliability in difficult terrain and challenging conditions, offering high friction and excellent grip on wet surfaces, while ensuring exceptional durability.
