UPPER

The prime KNIT upper sock made of different yarns blended into different structures that provide strength and abrasion resistance while maintaining elasticity. Polartec® Windbloc® provides maximum weather protection from wind, water, and cold conditions, while still allowing moisture vapour to permeate outside.

LACING

Lace Cover Protection- a PU cover with dedicated texture. Speed Lacing System, an innovation borrowed from our Trail Running department, to allow the laces to pass through smoothly and adjust the fit in a single movement.Fast Strap Velcro- The ankle strap for the allows for maximum adjustability and support while climbing and comfort while walking.

LINING

The patented HDry® '3D Direct Lamination' technology ensures maximum performance in terms of waterproof, breathable and lightweight footwear. Thanks to this innovative construction system, water is blocked on the outermost layer; footwear does not get wet, overall comfort is increased, ensuring high performance in all weather conditions. The HDry membrane is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified and is totally PTFE-free; no perfluorinated substances (such as PFC, PFOS, PFOA) are used during its production.

SOLE

Precision Tech Roll Lite, is an innovative sole platform with several benefits: more lateral stability, more braking safety, comfort in long distances, efficiency in climbing, lightness and precision. It is unique thanks to DROP 6.

INSOLE

Made with OrthoLite® O-Therm, it combines open-cell PU foam with aerogel to create an effective thermal barrier.
It provides advanced thermal insulation and long-lasting all-day comfort.

The innovative construction system that integrates upper and sole into a single structure, designed to provide an ergonomic fit and optimal synergy in performance. The use of different materials, selected for their lightness and innovation, improves overall performance, increases comfort, and ensures excellent anti-torsion efficiency.

SockFit PLUS

Scarpa reinterprets the concept of functionality, agility and comfort by creating innovative construction systems that wrap the foot like a sock, offering the feeling of being at one with their footwear. In the SockFit PLUS system, the gaiter and tongue are developed in a single piece using a seamless Knit technology with different thicknesses and degrees of elasticity. This construction, which perfectly envelops the foot, ensures maximum lightness, precision and agility of movement.

HDRY

Thanks to the high quality standards of HDry®, the footwear made with this system provides excellent performance in terms of waterproofing, breathability and thermal insulation. The waterproof, breathable membrane is solidly bonded to the inner surface of the upper, sealing every seam and eliminating spaces between the lining and upper where water could infiltrate. This system prevents rain, snow, and cold from entering, keeping the inner surface dry and creating a stable microclimate by retaining air between the foot and the upper. The ultra-thin membrane and special lamination method ensure an ergonomic and lightweight fit, providing extended comfort throughout the day.

Megagrip

It provides excellent grip on dry and wet surfaces while ensuring high wear resistance. It is specifically developed for those who frequently face slippery surfaces.

Polartec Windbloc

A fabric engineered to maximize protection against wind, moisture and cold. Thanks to this technology, the upper is water-repellent, breathable and highly durable.
