I had many big wins over the past year which include the Montane Dragons Back Race 2021 and a win at the Montane Spine Challenger North 2022. I have also represented my home country, Wales at the World Mountain Running Nations Cup 2021 which was in Chiavenna, Italy.
What are you working on? What are your goals for the future?
Some big races this coming year, will be racing the Cape Wrath Ultra in May which is an 8-day expedition race along the Cape Wrath trail in Scotland. I will also be returning to the Montane Dragons Back Race to defend my title. There will also be some smaller races thrown in between.
